The terms and conditions below are integral to the provision of services by Architecture Prep to any Customer or Client (also referred to as the Student). When you purchase services from Architecture Prep you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The limitations of Architecture Prep. It is the role of Architecture Prep to tutor the Client within the framework of a tutoring program in creative development, however it is the Client’s responsibility to author their own applications, and their supporting documents. It is also the responsibility of the Client to submit their applications on time to their chosen universities, schools, colleges and programs.

2. Guarantee. Architecture Prep acts as a tutoring program and not as a guarantee of acceptance to academic programs, schools, colleges and universities.

3. Refunds. Architecture Prep will not issue any refunds for any courses, resources, materials, unused tutoring months or unused tutoring sessions.

4. Confidentiality. The Client may receive information of a confidential nature including, but not limited to, sample portfolios, sample essays, resources, and materials.  At all times, before, during and after their service, the Client agrees to keep and hold all such information in strict confidence and agrees to not use or disclose any information without the prior written consent of Architecture Prep.

5. All Payments. Payment is always required prior to the delivery of service.

6. Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
