Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are integral to the provision of services by Architecture Prep to its Students. When you purchase services from Architecture Prep, either as the Student or on behalf of the Student, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The limitations of Architecture Prep. It is the role of Architecture Prep to tutor the Student within the framework of a tutoring program in creative development, however it is the Student’s responsibility to complete their own work, author their own applications, and author their supporting documents. It is also the responsibility of the Student to submit their applications on time to their chosen universities, schools, colleges and programs.

2. Guarantee. Architecture Prep acts as a tutoring program and not as a guarantee of acceptance to academic programs, schools, colleges and universities.

3. Refunds. Architecture Prep will not issue any refunds for any courses, resources, materials, unused tutoring months or unused tutoring sessions, except where Architecture Prep ends a service for a reason other than a breach of these terms, in which case unused tutoring months and sessions will be refunded.

4. Confidentiality. The Student may receive information of a confidential nature including, but not limited to, feedback, notes, sample portfolios, sample essays, resources, and materials. At all times, before, during and after their service, the Student agrees to keep and hold all such information in strict confidence and agrees to not use or disclose any information without the prior written consent of Architecture Prep.

5. All Payments. Payment is always required prior to the delivery of service.

6. Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

7. Termination by Architecture Prep. Architecture Prep may end any service by written notice if these terms are breached, allowing 7 days to remedy the breach where it can be remedied. Architecture Prep may end a service immediately in cases of misconduct, safeguarding concerns or abusive behaviour.
